What: Total wellness is based on the principle of 3 John 2, Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. Total wellness is body, mental, spiritual, and material.

How: God commands all to be good STEWARDS of every thing that He has given us.

Once a old man walking a beach saw a little girl star fish that had washed on the shore back in the ocean one at a time.  The old man suggested that there too many star fish for her to make a difference. The little girl picked up one more star fish and threw it into the ocean and said, "I made a difference to that one."  There are many that are looking for physical, mental or spiritual wellness, but few will seek to a better way. We are looking for those who are willing to take one step toward wellness.
